We offer a 100 percent money-back guarantee on any non-custom orders. Simply contact us to gain approval and ship back the item with tracking and insurance. All returns require approval and items shipped back without approval will not be reshipped or refunded. Once we receive it we will then immediately process your refund of the items cost minus any shipping costs we paid to get you your item, including packaging materials, and courier costs. Please note we will not refund return shipping.
Custom orders are nonrefundable due to the fact the prop was made specifically for you. We will keep you updated throughout the creation process and make sure the prop is perfect before shipping, let us know and can make any changes you need.
Orders will be processed upon receiving payment for the item(s)
Our customized items are all handmade, most of the props need up to 5 business days to produce, we do our best to ship them sooner for our customers convenience. If there is any exception or any possible delays past the times stated, we will inform you and decide what solution would work best in each case.
**For order cancellation, please contact ASAP after submitting your order. All cancellations require approval. PLEASE NOTE that cancellations approved after 14 hours incur a 30 percent materials fee for materials time and materials put into the order. That will mean that unshipped products will have the shipping and item cost minus 30 percent of paid value returned if the cancellation is made after 14 hours.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When shipping internationally, we will not be liable for lost packages. We recommend purchasing the express option for international shipping as it comes with the most accurate tracking possible. Should you package be lost, we will not be able to send you another. Addresses, including name, must be written in English, should they not be we will translate them to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee a package will reach you. Wrongly written addresses or names that result in a return to sender will not be resent until the item has been recived and you have paid for the shipping a second time.
DOMESTIC: These will usually reach you in 3-5 days.
INTERNATIONAL: Please think about selecting the UPGRADED shipping, if you want complete tracking and swift delivery. The basic international option can take a while to arrive to you, and shipping times vary by country. We are NOT responsible for lost packages, once the item has shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company. We will do our best to make sure your items reach you promptly, however once in the hands of the shipping company, it is out of our control.
ALL ADDRESSES MUST BE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH CHARACTERS, we cannot make a label with non-english characters. If you choose to label in such a way, we will do our best to translate. However we are not responsible for errors

Shipping address was wrong or refused postage
We also require your full and proper name, no nicknames or usernames for orders. We also require your actual address typed in plain ENGLISH TRANSLATION. The shipping service is particular and may send back orders not properly addressed.

Custom Charges, Import Taxes, and Incomplete Postage
We pay all postage based on calculated values using an extremely precise scale. Therefore postage should always be paid in full! If your country chooses to charge you any of these fees you are responsible for them as the buyer.

My Address Was Entered Incorrectly and Has Already Shipped
